Cucina di Andrea - Seafood Dinner

Andrea was a fisherman for 20 years, as were his father and grandfather. He brings his passion for what the fresh catch of the day offers into his cooking. He pairs that with all that our gardens have to offer, local seasonal ingredients, and organic olive oil.

Available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, dinner typically includes 4 antipasti, a pasta dish, dessert, and wine. €35 per person.

Note: dinner is available only to our guests. Please let us know you’d like to dine with us the day before.

Fresh Baked Bread

Wake up to a loaf of freshly baked bread, delivered to your cottage door.

Pair it with our homemade jams to round out your simple breakfast.

A Master at Work - Hands-on Cooking Demonstration

Always wanted to learn what to do with an entire octopus, how to clean a sardine, or what to stuff a mussel with? Learn some tricks of the fisherman trade and how to cook like a Maremman.

The cooking demonstration runs 2 hours, and is followed by dinner. €150 per couple.
Minimum of 4 people.

A Picnic for Two, Baciarino Style

Perfect to take to the beach, or bring back to your casette, this basket is full of local specialties, fresh produce, home baked bread and wine. The contents change with the seasons. The perfect traveller for two.
